Dr. Liz Bergeron, Managing Director of Strategy & Research at New Tech Network since 2016, collaborates internationally with ministries of education, US public schools, and nonprofits, directing research for practice, policy, strategy, and operations. Liz’s previous professional experiences include being an assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse and Global Research Manager for the International Baccalaureate (IB). Her publications include peer-reviewed journals such as Equity & Excellence in Education, International Journal of Science and Mathematics Education. Liz has served in a variety of advisory roles and serves as the chair for the American Educational Research Association (AERA) Project-based Learning Special Interest Group and on the Board of Directors for the Neurodiversity Education Research Center (NERC).
